Our room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. We loved the beds, and we were blown away at the breakfast, which we had three mornings in a row because it was absolutely delicious. Favorite breakfast at a hotel by a long mile. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the staff were incredibly gracious and helpful, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We spent the previous night in a terrible hotel situation and needed a little bit of luxury and comfort to make up for it, which we certainly found. The location of the hotel was excellent and allowed us to eat out regularly at fantastic spots nearby and see many museums as well, all on foot. We had so much to see in such close proximity we largely didn't use transit even though we had free passes from the hotel, a huge benefit!

Great location with a short walk to either the centre or train station. The large room was really clean, with a comfortable bed. All the reception staff we dealt with were really friendly, smiling and helpful, which we really appreciate. And they provided an extra fan during a period of excessive heat in the city! They were happy to organise taxis, print tickets for a tour etc. The pool was a delight in the heat and was a good size, with a lane for swimming lengths (also a sauna which we didn't use). All very clean. Towels etc were available from gym staff at the entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location is very good as a part of the city’s main attractions are very close by foot so you can navigate easily , the rooms were clean , Ali at the reception was very kind and friendly and he even gave us the breakfast free of charge , very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was nice and tidy even had an iron and an ironing table which in my experience is not very common in hotels and definitely came in handy. Ah yes they also gave us free tickets for local public transport which is definitely another plus. The pool was nice as well.

The bed was surprisingly large and comfortable. Exceptionally rich and tasty breakfast with everything we could imagine. This was indeed a highlight for us. The central location with the Basel Card was important for us: we used public transport in and outside the city. The tram stop is located just in front of the entrance, the railways station is very near with a direct bus connection to the airport.

Well located, clean and luxurious. Staff were very helpful and this included welcome snack and drink for our daughter and provided us with detailed information about the locality. The pool was lovely and open late which was a bonus. Excellent location for the city centr
