I recently spent two wonderful days in this hotel and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set the tone for an exceptional stay. The breakfast was an absolute highlight. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start my day and gave me all the energy I needed to explore the city. The accommodations were equally impressive—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Basel. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this place truly exceeds expectations. Well DONE!

The hotel was perfectly situated in Basel and a short walk from the old city and main station. The tram/buses were just outside the hotel so lots of travel options were available. The hotel was modern and welcoming. The room was well sized with excellent bathroom facilities. It was very clean with comfortable beds, so I got an excellent night's sleep. Being able to open the windows is always a bonus. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were very enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.
